An 18" chalet veranda to the playden 's front features sturdy balcony rails and a slatted floor extension.

Timber Frame:- 38mm x 38mm prepared quality European or Scandinavian timber with bevelled corners. This is doubled up in the corners and at all joints.

Roof: No chipboard or plywood. All solid timber. 16mm T&G boards covered with green mineral felt.
Floor: All solid timber - 16mm T&G matchboarding - with strengthening joists spaced at generous 12" centres.
